Several times during the film Friday Night Lights I was interupted by several annoying people clapping. I've been thinking long and hard about this and cannot figure out why someone would clap at a movie. Maybe they want everyone else in the theater to know that they are morons. I suggest they just wear t-shirts with that disclaimer printed on the front warning everyone that your enjoyment of the film will be interupted by needless clapping. Just a quick reminder: the film was shot months, maybe even years before you see it, the actors are not going to hear you clap or even worse when you decide to shout at the screen to warn the actors of danger. Thanks Einstein, thank you for giving me something to rant about on the blog...rent a movie next time.
